After 25 years of serial entrepreneurship, 3 successfully sold companies, and endless accolades, not taking care of the balance between the business and my personal life led me to a deep depression. This fact forever changed my way of understanding life, business and made it clear to me what is truly important in both cases.

In this talk we will talk about my personal experience in these 25 years, we will deal with the concept of success and we will go deeper into how we should prepare to enjoy the exciting challenge that it entails.

Diego Ballesteros is a serial entrepreneur who has been creating startups between Spain and Latin America for over 25 years: Ocioteca, MundoSalud (sold to Sanitas), SinDelantal Spain (sold to JustEat) and SinDelantal Mexico (sold to JustEat). He is currently founder and CEO of BEWE.io, a management and marketing SaaS for SMEs based in Bogotá.

As a Business Angel, his most notable investments are Cabify, WinDelivery, The Brubaker, Woom Health, 20 Bananas, Enola and Gracie Paco. Additionally, he participates as an LP in the Seaya Ventures fund.
