On October 17th , from 10:45 a.m. in the Press Room of the Bit Foundation (Bit Park, Son Espanyol Business Center, Calle Laura Bassi, 1, 07121 Palma), the technological conference " Internet of things ".

The objective of the day is to make known the IoT (Internet of Things), its uses, types of sensors and platforms, and how they are applied to different productive sectors, such as the agricultural sector and the nautical sector .

For this reason, we will have the participation of the following speakers:

Antonio Martin-Posadillo, who has extensive experience in IoT technology and projects, specialized in cost analysis, communications, benchmarketing and the implementation of high-capacity technology solutions. He currently holds the position of CEO at Runsolutions-SeaWex, focused on open source technologies and business product development in the field of IoT and LoraWan communications.

Juan Ortells, senior expert and researcher. Degree in Economics and master's degree in Management and Business Administration. He has an important technological background with more than 30 years of experience in programming and technological developments. He is a FIWARE evangelist. He has extensive experience in the integration of gateways with data-driven IoT platforms. Extensive experience in computing and Big Data.

José Martí, degree in Geology from the University of Barcelona and specialist in geophysics. He has developed his professional career at the company Geologia de Mallorca SL (known as GEOMA), which he founded with two other partners in 2021, and of which he is director. Founder of the Global CEN Technologies company.
