Innovation Camp

Innovation Camp is an intensive working day where each company (preferably 2-3 participants per company) will be able to tackle real challenges of their project with creative and effective solutions, supported by a team of experts and professionals who will energize the session and accompany them throughout the day to later share the experience with the rest of the participants.
The Oficina Innobal organizes the Innovation Camp with the aim of providing a workspace where SMEs on the island can identify, prioritize, and address the challenges and opportunities of their business using agile methodologies and innovation management techniques.
Wednesday, June 12th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca. Application deadline is June 5th.
This is a free event aimed at entrepreneurs, freelancers, and SMEs in the Balearic Islands. Places are very limited to ensure attendees can make the most of the training. To attend the event, it is necessary to submit the application beforehand through this form.

Facilitators:
Salva Ferri, co-founder of We Tangible, specialized in innovation, corporate strategy, and project management. He has over 15 years of experience in consulting on digital transformation projects, innovation, and strategy, and another 5 years in entrepreneurship projects and startup ecosystems, both nationally and internationally. He also collaborates as Director of Strategic Development and Innovation at Miobio Healthy Food and develops innovation programs, entrepreneurship, creative training experiences, and business and innovation hackathons for companies and business schools.
Benjamin Lorente, executive specialized in product development, Product Management, Design Thinking, and Open Innovation. He is a member of the Management Committee of large automotive multinationals and other companies in the Spanish Middle Market, in addition to the experience of creating his own consultancy. He holds an industrial engineering degree and an MBA and has continued his education with executive programs at IESE, and other programs for specific skill development at ESADE, MIT Sloan, and EDEM.
Encounters for Innovation
The Innobal Office, through the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca, organizes the series of events "Encounters for Innovation" aimed at implementing technical concepts of innovation culture and management, with the goal of incorporating innovation into the productive processes of the business fabric of the Balearic Islands. In the first workshop, Challenges and Opportunities of Innovation in Your Company (May 23), companies will conduct an initial exploration of the challenges they face.In the second session, Innovation Camp, participating companies will delve into their own business model and innovation strategy.
