This free initiative provides a methodology endorsed by the European Union that guides companies through a structured vision to address these key aspects, identifying areas of success and areas needing improvement. Primarily aimed at executives, planning managers, strategy managers, and innovation, digitalization, and/or sustainability departments, this service has limited places for 12 companies.

The process involves active participation from the companies, who can choose one or more services such as innovation diagnosis, digital maturity testing, and sustainability diagnosis. Subsequently, a meeting will be coordinated with the specialized teams of Fundació Bit, who will ask pertinent questions to delve into the assessment and provide a comprehensive diagnosis.

Based on the results obtained, Fundació Bit develops a personalized action plan with strengths, areas for improvement, and specific recommendations. Additionally, the company will receive ongoing support from Fundació Bit in implementing the action plan, with additional sessions with specialized technicians.
