The Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca, together with Insuleur, the Chamber of Commerce of Cagliari, and the Chamber of Commerce of Rethymno, are working together on the European project "European Islands for Sustainable Agrifood, MESA" under the Agrip-Multi-2023 call, with a duration of three years.

The objective is to raise awareness about sustainable agricultural production and the practices of the participating European islands, as well as their significant contribution to the climate, environment, and animal welfare. Additionally, the aim is to increase exports of traditional agri-food products to the German market.

As part of the Anuga Trade Fair and to promote products from the Balearic Islands under Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), organic certification, or traditional production, the Chamber of Commerce of Mallorca is organizing B2B meetings between companies from the Balearic Islands and Germany.
